• Promotion and Development: as a promoter and developer, I can create any type of units from private housing to subdivisions, medical facilities, resorts and commercial malls

• International Consulting: I will guide you with independent competent legal and certified specialists for all administrative imperatives. Should you consider temporary or permanent  expatriation, relocation and immigration (whether moving away for work, school, retirement or any other reasons) I can assist you with an array of Visa investment programs and custom-made solutions as I am EB-5 investment Green Card program accredited

The EB-5 Investment Green Card program is based on Regional Centers. These regional centers are private businesses that enable multiple investors to assist them in expanding their business objectives. They seek foreign investors and have a variety of controlled risk projects to choose from. Although no guarantees can be made as each project may bear some level of risk, legal specialists will provide you with the most knowledgeable analysis as each and every regional center offers different returns. Typically one can plan a low and safe return on investment over a time period of 5 years. 

The EB-5 program will grant the following benefits to the issued investor(s), their spouse and their children under 21:

• Permanent Residency
• A conditional Green Card
• Investor can budget a total of $600,000 into the overall process with roughly $500,000 invested on a certified Regional Center project
• No need to create 10 or more US jobs
• Minimum Management implication required from the investor
• The investor does not need to reside near the location of the business
• Processing time is variable but speedier than standard Green Card program ranging from 6 to 18 months
